1. Ordering & Customization

How do I personalize my order?
Enter your custom details (names, dates, or initials) in the personalization text field on the product page before clicking “Add to Cart”. Please double-check spelling and punctuation before placing your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because each item is custom printed on demand, production begins shortly after an order is placed. If you need to make changes or cancel, please email us at [email protected] within 12 hours of purchase.

2. Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard domestic orders typically require 2–5 business days for printing and production, followed by 3–6 business days for transit via USPS or DHL Express. Total delivery time is usually 5–11 business days.

How much is shipping?
Domestic US shipping is $5.95 for the first item (+$3.00 for each additional item). All domestic orders of $150.00 or more receive FREE Standard Shipping.

3. Returns & Replacements

What is your return policy?
Standard design items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For personalized items, we offer free replacements or full refunds if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. See our full Refund and Returns Policy for complete details.

4. Apparel & Product Care

How should I wash my graphic apparel?
To maintain vibrant graphic quality, turn garments inside out and machine wash cold with similar colors. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly on the printed graphic.

Are coffee mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes! Our ceramic mugs are 100% dishwasher safe (top rack recommended) and microwave safe.
