RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered. Please read our return policy carefully, as it differs depending on the type of product you purchased.

We offer two types of products:

Type 1 — Standard Design Products Products with fixed, pre-made graphic designs where no personal information (such as names, dates, or custom text) is added. These include most of our graphic t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, tote bags, and posters with standard designs.

Type 2 — Personalized Products Products that include custom elements added by the customer, such as names, dates of birth, nicknames, or other personalized text/images. These are made-to-order specifically for you.

*Personalized products are custom-made to your specifications and cannot be resold, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Conditions for Return (Type 1 Products)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
  • Requested within 30 days of receiving your order

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items (All Products)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized / custom-text products (unless defective)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

European Union — 3-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 3 days of receipt for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. This applies to standard design products only; personalized products are exempt under EU Distance Selling Regulations for custom-made goods.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time to appear on your statement. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
